Makaya is the second-highest mountain in Haiti and the highest in the southern region. The national Makaya park contains Haiti’s last primary forest and is a global biodiversity hotspot. As a native of the southern region, Makaya means preserving key natural resources and sharing the Haitian culture here in Taiwan and wherever I go.

For our school anniversary, international students were asked to share what represents their country best. We started thinking about what we missed the most about Haiti. The comfort food straight from street vendors, the traditional delicacies, and every epis flavor that reminds us of “Home” were among what we’ve missed the most. Since then, we never stop sharing our culture!

You can purchase your food online and we will deliver it to your doorstep. Shipping is free in Taipei. If your address is not covered in our delivery zone, an additional fee will be added depending on the distance.
